Detailed Job Description:

At least 10 years’ experience, including a minimum of 3 years full life-cycle SAP C4C project implementation/Support projects Strong functional configuration and implementation experience of two or more of the following functional areas:  SAP Sales Cloud SAP Service Cloud Experience in other CRM products from SAP will be an added advantage Good understanding of the following CRM business processes:  Sales: Account and contact Management, Product Management, Territory Management, Lead and Opportunity Management, Quotation Management, Sales Contracts Management , Visit Management, Pipeline Performance Management, Sales Target Planning, Sales Analytics Service: Installed base Management, Warranty Management, Case Management, Service Ticket Management, Complaints and Repairs Management, Preventive Maintenance, Service Analytics In addition to the above skills, you must have solid experience of:  Planning and facilitating client-facing workshops Writing and reviewing detailed blueprint documentation Writing and reviewing detailed functional and technical specifications for bespoke developments
