Must Have Skills:

Working knowledge of financial processes (A/R, A/P, deductions management), preferably within the consumer products industry Knowledge of and/or familiarity with relevant solutions preferred, including OpenText and High Radius Demonstrated experience developing and managing task and milestone-based work plans Strong written and verbal communication skills in formal and informal settings Experience managing and delivering projects with multiple partners involved (client, vendors, etc.) Creation and management of project control processes and assets (risks/issues log, scope control, deliverable completion) Strong relationship management skills with multiple levels of the organization and project team, and the ability to persuade and influence

Nice to have skills:

Advanced proficiency in automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project, including financial, and schedule performance reporting Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
