Each Sr ITIL Process Leaders will work with Truist governance leads to ensure best practices are followed for policies and standards and ensure we are meeting intent of oversight standards (i.e. FFIEC, NIST, ITIL, COBIT, etc) Each will staff the Service Management Office (SMO) with ITIL Expertise to consult and 'program manage' cross-functional dependent processes to help drive capability owners work; Can support/lead/educate in creation of policy/standards.Each Resource will have the following skills:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with information technology process managers and service owners. Demonstrated experience communicating complex ideas with stakeholders and building collaborative relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to prioritize projects and efforts with minimum guidance. ITIL v3 Expert or ITIL 4 MP certification is required. PMP certification is a plus. Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio. Minimum of 10 years of experience in ITSM environments
