Should provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical Incidents and Issues. Should have experience working in and leading support projects, ensuring ticket resolution/tracking within the defined SLA Assist in Major Incident Management (handling Priority tickets). Good communication skills to coordinate with client, team members and partner applications. Debug and resolve a variety of issues (bugs, performance, and user) by reading through trace files Work on continuous service improvements and automations Knowledge on cloud platforms and work experience on Cloud environments is an added advantage
