Must Have Skills:

At least 5+ years of experience in Performance testing, analysis (client side and server side) and reporting skills At least 5+ years of experience in non - functional requirements gathering, test strategy and test Design; experience in Preparation and execution of Performance test scripts Participate in up front Application and technology requirement gathering, Design and Functionality reviews when required, to Drive the quantitative definition of Performance Requirements At least 5+ years working knowledge in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance issues using Monitoring tools; Interaction with various stake holders for performance issue resolution Strong experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, HP LoadRunner, HP Performance Center, etc Expertize in developing Work Load Patterns, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them. Expertize in using monitoring tools for performance testing and engineering. ALM, APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics). Well versed in PE practices such as AWR report analysis, Identify Bottlenecks by analyzing various server reports and Logs, GC analysis, optimum Infrastructure etc At least 5+ year of experience of PT phases and pre-requisites for data setup Preferably experience in conducting performance testing on projects based on murex platform Good understanding of Murex system and Financial Markets Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience with Financial domain is preferred Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmen
