8 + years of experience in Server and SCCM patch management Experience in Managing the local technical team, including full time employees and contractors Expertise in VMware ,Virtualization , server migration , AD , Exchange and Azure Cloud Coaching and mentoring junior members of the wider local and global team Driving the security agenda by improving patching tools and procedures, implementing fixes, planning and executing upgrades, identify and mitigate new vulnerabilities Resolving incidents impacting hosts or environment Lead problem resolution process to root cause, take initiative in identifying and fixing broken processes in the infrastructure environment. Investigating & troubleshooting root causes via problem management Creating, reviewing, maintaining and updating documentation Providing input into Business Continuity Planning and Practices Participating in an on call rotation support Responding to L1 and L2 escalations Should understand ITIL processes
