We are currently looking for a IT Lead Developer (m/f/d) for OTT HydroMet. The main responsibility of the IT Lead Developer is providing professional solutions in IT design and development services, provide ongoing aid in the execution of the long-term strategy for the company.
This role will be reporting to the Manager Business Applications.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Responsible for the technical part of change requests, as well as the planning in terms of development.
Participation in change requests reviews and suggest technical solutions were applicable and needed
Design and develop standardized, reliable, scalable, flexible, and secure solutions, like customizations, modifications and automations according to the business needs.
Coordinate and lead developers’ team, their skills, exact responsibilities and needs.
Develop business process automation as well as test automation.
Continue supplying to the codebase of the ERP and business application projects – monitor, maintain and improve existing developments and performance.
Implement new tools, systems, and processes related to continuous efficiency improvement.
Deliver high-quality documentation related with technical and business process related documentation.
Monitoring of company and department critical metrics, providing regular position-specific reports and Key Performance Indicators to enable forecasting and taking appropriate corrective actions.
Development and maintenance of PowerBI Reports and supporting data warehouse administration tasks
What we are looking for:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Career changers with similar founded experience are also welcome.
min. 5+ years experience in developing ERP related solutions in Syteline
Deep understanding of business processes in particular operations and supply chain processes
Microsoft or other software certifications is a benefit.
Strong understanding of database technologies & ERP Environments as well as experience in providing extended user support.
Intermediate English level in verbal and writing are a requirement
