Johnson Johnson is recruiting for a IT Lead Site services, located in Memphis, TN.

Site services IT Lead will be accountability to our business, OT and end user community, Delivery and Sustainment (life cycle management) of IT Infra and Application Solutions and Services that will enable the WMS operations at the site to work seamlessly for the on time and in full shipment of critical products at our Memphis Distribution center. IT Site services lead will have Supply Chain experience and Infrastructure service, repair and deployment experience and knowledge while adhering to Cyber security and IAPP policies

Key Responsibilities:Acts as a domain expert on technical design for the deployment of Infra, firewalls, ICE network, IT/OT application integrations, IoT technology enablement capability, Equipment connectivityLiaisons multi-functionally to help identify and build define scope definition, solution design, configuration, extension(s), and enablement through to final deliverables to comprehensively address specific customer business needs and requirements.Lead projects of various sizes with limited supervision through the Infrastructure and software development lifecycle applying Agile methodologies and toolsIn depth knowledge of Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM) processes, WCS and its echo systems and data flowsPerforms day-do-day activities under minimal supervision to advance progress towards operational goals with direct impact on achievement of results within area of workResponsible for site reliability, IT change management and planning and performing life cycle managementConfident written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsBuilding trusted relationships and effectively managing and influence partnerships while addressing customer concerns.Ability to properly prioritize and deliver ad hoc and planned demand

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Supply Chain or a related field.

Experience and Skills:Required:A minimum of 7 years Infrastructure and Application deployment experienceExperience in building and deploying business solutions. Supply Chain experience with systems such as WMS/WCS is desirable.Experienced with deploying solutions to high standard in a regulated environment, such as Life Sciences (GxP), desirable.Experience in the integration with other echo systems is highly preferredExperience in optimizing processes and delivering upon cost reduction challengesExperience in IT infrastructure delivery, application development and supportExperience in managing a team of IT specialistsPreferred:Related industry Experience in Life SciencesExperience with Agile Methodology for Implementation is preferredClear, concise, and respectful communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within company is required

Education:
