Position Responsibilities:  Brings new system-enabled business capabilities to the company Ensures support of the systems which assist those business capabilities by working within a matrixed organization to deliver results Engages in project management, work group supervision, recommending business process improvements and status reporting Functions as primary support for SAP Operational Master Data Management and Finance Applications for the company Develop, maintain, and continuously progress in knowledge of business functions related to Operational Master Data Management and Finance while ensuring the proper procedures are in place for maintaining data integrity Ensure execution of initiatives as directed by Global Process and Finance management teams or required by the company Travel up to 25% of the time Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems/Science or related field with 6 plus years working in a business analysis or project management role for a multi-location or 24x7 distribution company and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of the above stated experience and 4 plus years of management experience Preferred Education and Experience:  Master’s degree 5 plus years developing data management and financial processes Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools Advanced knowledge of SAP, Master Data Management and FICO modules Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
