We are seeking an experienced and adaptable IT Manager to lead our Clinical Applications and Clinical Engineering IT (CEIT) teams. This role requires a balance of coaching and technical expertise to help guide your team while ensuring that the clinical systems operate efficiently and securely. You will support your team’s growth by providing mentorship and development opportunities while leveraging your technical knowledge to guide system integrations, troubleshooting, and optimization. In addition to managing the technical operations, you will be responsible for overseeing team budgets, resource allocation, and optimizing financial spending to support departmental goals. While a strong technical background is important, your leadership and ability to balance operational needs with strategic financial management will be key to success in this role.
