Why this role?

The IT Manager is a trusted partner from KONE IT for local business and regional KONE Way Manager. She/He contributes to ensuring standards set globally are adopted by frontlines and regions, and user satisfaction (CSAT) towards KONE IT is at the expected level. The IT Manager strengthens the collaboration between KONE IT and local business units.

What will you be doing?

Collaborates with local business management and Unit KONE Way Managers to understand and influence local needs towards KONE IT solutions or new requirements for IT services.

Helps local businesses to find the right contacts from KONE IT when needed.

Advocates and informs local businesses on global KONE standards set for IT-related topics such as cybersecurity or architecture.

Act as an escalation point for local businesses towards KONE IT Solution Teams by contacting the Solution/Service Owner if escalation is needed.

Find contacts or knowledge of local setups from business to KONE IT units or projects if needed. Vice-versa, helps the global deployment projects to find local resources for deployments from their local vendor network if needed.

Organizes and manages workstation asset management in respective regions including HW orders and maintaining assets.

Facilitates local implementation for site moves/openings/closure to ensure business continuity and acts as the contact point between the Connectivity Team and local business.

Collaborate with the KTI Communications team and global solution teams to manage user communications towards the respective frontlines/countries.

Manage In-country IT support personnel in delivering required IT-related services to the respective business units

Periodic reviews with business stakeholders, in particular unit or region MD, to gather feedback and follow-up on meeting expectations

Are you the one?

Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, or related disciplines

Minimum 7 years related working experience, especially in the area of IT service management

Preferably working experience in an MNC with a matrix organizational structure

Minimal 2 languages (English + 1 local language of the respective region)

ITIL certification

Financial management

Supplier/Vendor/Partner management experience

Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity
