Your Impact:

Lead an international team of highly skilled network engineers, by providing guidance, and development opportunities to support career growth. Architect, implement, and maintain the interconnectivity of a very diverse collection of global infrastructure within the SolarWinds offices, datacenters, and cloud environments. Manage the incident response and root cause analysis related to network and security issues within the technology domain. Be an advocate for the practice of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies, employing tools to streamline network provisioning, configuration, and administration duties. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into secure network solutions that support our organizational goals. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the most cost-effective approach to the procurement of network related equipment or services. Track and report around key performance indicators (KPI’s), to understand trends and prevent repetitive issues. Ensure compliance with procedures, industry standards, and requirements related to network and data security.

Your Experience:

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, that fosters innovation, and continuous improvement within. Track record of implementing and maintaining security controls in a zero trust setting. Experience with next generation firewalls, enterprise switching and routing. Experience with cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Drive for operational excellence, customer focus, and high quality user experience. Strong interpersonal, oral, written communication, and collaboration skills. Solid experience with documentation, standard operating procedures, and policies aligned with network infrastructure. Familiarity with SolarWinds tools, particularly Hybrid Cloud Observability (HCO) and SolarWinds Cloud Observability (SWO).

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or minimum of 10 years equivalent experience with relevant industry certifications (CCNP, CCIE).
