The IT Manager will be joining our Revenue and Accounting Technologies organization and will lead the transformation of legacy systems to the AWS Cloud environment, delivering technical solutions, leveraging AI techniques, and fostering collaboration across IT and business teams. This individual will be a passionate technical manager who is focused on overseeing the operations and new innovations of various systems.
How you will make an impact in this role:
+ Lead modernization efforts and AWS cloud migration for revenue accounting systems, ensuring seamless integration.
+ Partner with finance leadership and other divisions to align IT strategies with business goals.
+ Reskill and mentor team members, preparing them for modern cloud-based and adoption of AI technologies.
+ Leverage AI solutions to enhance and create new capabilities.
+ Work with business and IT leadership throughout the strategic planning process to prioritize and scope new features and capabilities.
+ Drive agile methodologies, optimizing processes for efficiency and adaptability.
+ Act as a change agent, spearheading initiatives that enhance commercial and revenue system capabilities.
+ Ensure architecture delivers reliable, scalable, and highly available systems.
+ Lead development teams, promoting technical innovation and execution.
+ Champion best practices in IT governance to drive operational excellence.
+ Oversee financial system operations, ensuring compliance and regulatory alignment.
+ Leverage expertise in enterprise architecture, IT governance, and compliance frameworks.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
+ Exceptional leadership skills, with ability to influence and drive digital transformation.
+ 10+ years of IT experience, with a focus on revenue systems and cloud technologies.
+ 5+ years in a leadership role, managing teams and technical projects.
+ Strong background in AWS cloud migration.
+ Knowledge of emerging AI technologies.
+ Proven track record of strong project delivery

+ Master’s degree preferred.
+ Experience driving transformation of multiple programs in large matrixed enterprise.
