IT Manager
Description *Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* Robert Half is currently seeking a IT Manager for a client located in Los Angeles, CA. IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our IT systems and support platforms, including Google Suite, Slack, and other critical tools. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness of IT operations while supporting cross-functional teams with reliable technology services and solutions. Key Responsibilities: 100% onsite + Manage IT systems and digital workplace tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and other platforms used across the organization. + Plan, organize, and evaluate IT and data operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. + Develop, implement, and maintain IT systems, policies, and procedures that support operational excellence. + Ensure data integrity, network security, and reliable backup systems. + Act as a liaison between technical solutions and business needs, aligning IT systems with organizational objectives. + Identify IT issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements in a timely and strategic manner. + Regularly audit and assess systems for performance, security, and compliance. + Maintain IT assets and enforce information security best practices and control structures. + Ensure all technology-related expenditures are cost-effective and aligned with budget constraints. + Assist departments with the procurement and deployment of necessary IT equipment and tools. Requirements Requirements: + Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Lead or IT Manager, Systems Manager, or in a similar technical leadership role. + Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, data governance, and technical operations. + Hands-on experience with network administration, systems installation, and hardware/software maintenance. + Demonstrated expertise with Google Workspace (G Suite), Slack, and related collaboration platforms. + Experience in data center management and IT governance frameworks. + Excellent interpersonal and project management skills; ability to work cross-functionally with teams in finance, product, and operations. + Proven ability to lead IT initiatives and drive technological solutions across a growing organization. + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field. *Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
