HM Health Solutions Inc. d/b/a enGen, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, has a work-at-home Manager, IT position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems) responsible for providing application software development management for IT projects.  Specific duties include: (i) creating plans and managing activities with an assigned unit; (ii) assessing the viability of current direction, projects, and operations and recommending strategies and tactics to satisfy current and future business needs; and (iii) leading a team in the areas of scheduling, direction, future planning, and standard practices.

Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related position.

Experience must include: (i) five (5) years with ERP/CRM systems supporting sales and marketing business processes; (ii) four (4) years developing Salesforce-enabled solutions for large organizations (500+ employees); and (iii) four (4) years developing healthcare applications.

Must have any experience: (i) defining and writing proposals to represent product vision, scope, and features; (ii) working with Agile methodology for project implementation; and (iii) leading and managing Salesforce implementation and support projects.

Experience can be concurrent.
