IT Manager

Compensation: $66,500 - $89,900 / year

The opportunity

Delaware North is searching for an IT Manager to join our team supporting Lodging, Food Beverage, Retail and Tour operations in Montana and Wyoming. As IT Manager, you will support and maintain all technology-related hardware and software, including network, desktops, printers, point of sale, digital menu boards. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with the corporate IT team, goals, and initiatives as well as being a representative to the IT team for your location.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66,500 – $89,900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Serve as the administrator of all point of sale systems, their functions, and any ancillary systems, including training, reporting, documentation, and user access. Implement and oversee the implementation of technology solutions for the operation, ensuring consistency with the overall IT strategy and operational requirements of Delaware North. Manage vendors in the implementation and support of applications. Oversee new unit opening and operational shutdowns as necessary. Responsible for the backup of data and the safeguard of all IT-related systems and equipment. Develop plans, procedures, and documentation for required systems. Provide first-class technical support for all computer systems on the property. Assist in training current and new associates on proper procedures and regulations. More about you Minimum of two to three years of relevant work and management experience. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline preferred. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Working knowledge of major systems as follows: point of sale, Shift/UKG Time Gathering, Outlook, networking infrastructure, SQL, Windows, and PC Maintenance experience required.
