Description We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team in the healthcare industry based in Sumter, South Carolina. You will be tasked with managing IT systems, infrastructure, and hardware while ensuring efficient service delivery. This role involves supervising IT staff, overseeing daily operations, and leading technical projects in a hybrid work model. Responsibilities: • Supervise IT staff, including task delegation, training, and focus on detail. • Manage daily IT operations, encompassing servers, networking, disaster recovery, and hardware. • Ensure optimal system performance, security, and alignment with organizational goals. • Oversee IT budgets, asset procurement, and documentation of departmental processes. • Update and enforce disaster recovery plans and backup protocols. • Monitor IT trends, recommend system improvements, and promptly address business concerns. • Manage technical projects and ensure their completion within the set timeframes. • Work with various technologies such as Cisco, Cloud, CRM, ERP, Active Directory, and more. • Perform regular audits and configuration management to maintain system integrity. • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and vendors, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT managerial role within the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance sectors. • Proficient knowledge of Cisco Technologies is required. • Must have experience with Cloud Technologies. • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential. • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is needed. • Must have experience with Active Directory. • Knowledge of auditing procedures within the IT sector is necessary. • Experience with Backup Technologies is crucial. • Demonstrated skills in Computer Hardware and Configuration Management. • Proven ability in technology management is required.
