Description We are seeking an IT Manager for our manufacturing operations based at Orlando, Florida, United States. As an IT Manager, you will be overseeing the infrastructure department, focusing on cloud and server technologies, and ensuring seamless tech operations. Responsibilities • Oversee and manage the infrastructure department to ensure seamless IT operations. • Implement and manage cloud technologies to support business operations. • Handle the configuration and management of VMware and Windows servers. • Utilize Cisco Technologies for network management and troubleshooting. • Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of Dell Technologies hardware. • Oversee the implementation and management of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems. • Manage and monitor Active Directory services for user and access management. • Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with IT standards and procedures. • Oversee and manage backup technologies to ensure data safety and availability. • Handle the configuration management processes to maintain system integrity. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required. • Mastery of Cloud Technologies is crucial. • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems is necessary. • Familiarity with Dell Technologies is essential. • In-depth knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required. • Experience with Active Directory is a must. • Proficiency in Auditing is needed. • Expertise in Backup Technologies is crucial. • Demonstrated skills in Computer Hardware is necessary. • Experience in Configuration Management is essential.
