Job Description
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology infrastructure and ensuring that it aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience managing a team of IT professionals.
Responsibilities:
Hire, mentor, and guide IT team members.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain the availability, integrity, and security of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
Take an active part in the administration and maintenance of all IT systems, including EDI/ASN and project work.
Lead IT projects from development to completion, on time and on budget.
Develops, implements and maintains practices and policies consistent with the needs of the business.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts and vendors and service providers.
Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
Schedule and produce periodic reports regarding IT performance.
Oversees adherence to Corporate IT standards, policies, and goals.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
5 to 10 years relevant experience.
Business and systems experience in manufacturing.
Previous experience with Syteline is a must.
Previous experience managing/administering EDI/ASN is a must.
Demonstrated professionalism to include team attitude, customer service orientation, and can-do attitude.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Thorough understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
