Authority to implement principles, processes, guidelines, and policies for IT & SecurityResponsible for IT & security infrastructure along with full End Users support (Hands on frontal & remote)Manage, Develop, maintain & upgrade company’s SW, HW, servers, networks, communications, and security systemsResponsible for ensuring a stable operation of facility and clean rooms, including off hours emergency supportProviding professional reporting to Corporate IT & support in mutual projectsAccountable for the mitigation of compliance and security findingsResponsible for the initiation and execution of infrastructure projectsBudget planning, execution and IT assets life cycle monitoringCollaboration with internal / external parties to ensure stable operations of SLAManage IT priorities and delegation to HelpdeskProfessional relevant certificationAt least 5 years of hands-on relevant experience – MustAt least 3 years of experience as IT Manager – MustKnowledgeable in: TCP/IP Networking, Microsoft Client and Server technology & Business Processes – MustExperience with Microsoft based servers (2019 or later) – MustPractical knowledge Microsoft Client OS and MS Office (Windows 10/11, O365) – MustHigh level of English (read, write & speak) – MustKnowledge of system security and data backup/recoveryTrouble shooting skillsService Orientation with positive & productive communication skillsTime & self-management capabilitiesERP system knowledge
