**Job Summary:** DoubleTree by Hilton Malta is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Information Technology Manager** to lead the IT department\. As a key member of the **Head of Department Team** , the IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of all hotel technology systems, supporting daily operations, and driving technological advancements to enhance guest and employee experiences\. **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of all IT systems, including **Micros, Opera, and other hotel management systems** \. + Ensure the **security, stability, and efficiency** of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and Wi\-Fi systems\. + Provide IT support and training to hotel staff, troubleshooting technical issues to ensure seamless operations\. + Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost\-effective and efficient solutions\. + Ensure compliance with **Hilton brand standards** and data security policies\. + Lead IT projects, upgrades, and system integrations to enhance operational efficiency\. + Monitor and maintain **cybersecurity** protocols to protect guest and company data\. + Collaborate with other departments to align technology solutions with business needs\. + Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative IT solutions to improve hotel performance\. **Qualifications & Experience:** + **Proven experience** as an IT Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry\. + Strong knowledge of **hotel technology systems, including Micros and Opera** \. + Proficiency in **networking, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure** \. + Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making skills\. + Strong leadership and communication abilities\. + Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments\. + **Degree or certification** in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred\. **Why Join Us?** At DoubleTree by Hilton Malta, we offer a dynamic and rewarding work environment where innovation and collaboration drive success\.
