Are you a tech-savvy leader with a passion for healthcare IT? Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System is seeking an Ancillary Systems IT Manager to oversee and drive innovation within our Ancillary Systems department. This role is critical in supporting and optimizing application systems across Cardiology, Radiology, and Procedural areas, ensuring seamless integration with Epic modules and third-party systems.

The ideal candidate will have proven working experience as an IT manager or in a relevant leadership role, with an excellent understanding of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems. This position requires the ability to manage personnel, as well as a deep understanding of industry best practices and proven professional experience in IT leadership.

What You Will Do:

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee system functionality for Epic modules and ancillary third-party applications to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align IT solutions with patient care and business objectives. Manage IT infrastructure, including Desktop, WAN, LAN, SAN, and EDI platforms. Develop and implement strategic IT solutions that enhance system efficiency and reduce downtime. Drive security initiatives to protect data integrity, network access, and backup systems. Oversee budget management to ensure cost-effective IT operations.

What You Will Need:

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: 3-5 years of senior-level IT experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Experience: 5-10 years of relevant IT leadership experience
