The Manager - Information Systems is responsible to assist the Information System Manager in ensuring that all computer systems and networks used within the hotel provide as near as possible uninterrupted service to the hotel operations. Assist in providing technical assistance and advice to hotel management. Provide effective training and support. Assist in the provision of IS related services to hotel guests.

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations within hospitality or related industries

Pre-opening hotel experience is highly preferred

Strong knowledge of hotel systems (e.g. Opera, Infrasys, network infrastructure, cloud services)

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
