Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations within hospitality or related industries
Pre-opening hotel experience is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of hotel systems (e.g. Opera, Infrasys, network infrastructure, cloud services)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
