ResponsibilitiesThe Business Administration team has an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager to oversee the Coupa solution! As an IT Manager in the Business Admin area, you will lead development and application admin teams responsible for configuring and maintaining Coupa: the Procurement and Business Spend Solution.
Coupa is an industry leading SaaS Solution implemented at Enterprise Mobility and primarily supports Procurement, Corporate Accounting, and Supply Chain Management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, coaching and developing your team; which includes training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and performing salary reviews. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other IT teams to understand project requirements, identifying staffing needs and managing the implementation and deployment of those changes and new technology. You will lead and provide guidance for the development efforts assigned to your team, identify and resolve roadblocks, determine timelines, raise risks and identify solutions. You will work with leadership to enhance processes, determine strategy and identify improvements to increase the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the department.
