A challenging and rewarding role for an experienced IT professional who can lead and manage change and learning initiatives across the organization.
\nA key role that should focus on people, process adoption and IT transformation.
\nA part of the IT integration project team, reporting to the IT Integration Director.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nLead and manage the change and learning function within the IT integration project, ensuring alignment with the Integration Objectives and Guidelines.\nDevelop and implement change and learning strategies, policies, processes, and tools to support the IT integration project and Access Solutions Business in achieving their objectives and delivering value to customers and stakeholders.\nPlan, design, and deliver change and learning solutions for IT projects and initiatives, using a variety of methods and channels, such as workshops, webinars, e-learning, coaching, mentoring, and feedback.\nAssess the change and learning needs and readiness of the IT integration project and Access Solutions Business and provide recommendations and solutions to address gaps and challenges.\nConduct surveys to understand the gaps and drive change in the IT integration project and Access Solutions Business and use the data to inform and improve the change and learning solutions.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with senior leaders, project managers, and stakeholders across the organization, and provide them with guidance, support, and advice on change and learning matters.\nManage and coach a team of IT trainers, consultants, and analysts, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nStay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and best practices in change and learning, and apply them to improve the change and learning function and outcomes.\nManage and perform risk assessments for the changes and develop mitigation strategies\nDefine key adoption measurement metrics, monitor the implementation of changes and their impact on IT services and business operation\n\n#LI-Hybrid

YOU MUST HAVE\n\nBachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\nA minimum of 5 years of experience in IT change management and communication, Process transformation, or learning and development, preferably in a global or complex organization.\n\n\nA minimum of 3 years of experience in leading end-to-end change management strategy, planning, execution, measurement for global organization and coaching a team of IT trainers, consultants, and analysts.\n\nWE VALUE\n\nA proven track record of leading and managing successful business process/IT systems change management initiatives, delivering measurable results and value.\nA strong knowledge of change and learning theories, models, frameworks, and methodologies, and the ability to apply them in various contexts and situations.\nAn excellent communicator, facilitator, and presenter, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences and stakeholders at all levels.\nA collaborative and flexible team player, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrix environment.\nA creative and innovative thinker, with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changing needs and priorities.\nA self-motivated and results-oriented individual, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.\nA passionate and committed learner, with the willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge and best practices.\n\n\nA certification in change management, such as Prosci, or learning design, such as ATD, or equivalent.\nChange Management Experience in M&A IT integration\nAdditional InformationJOB ID: req469275Category: Information TechnologyLocation: 715 Peachtree Street, N.E.,Atlanta,Georgia,30308,United StatesExemptGlobal (ALL)Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
