Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CRM Manager for our Model N Channel Management CRM. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the platform, functionalities and have a proven track record in managing and delivering complex Model N projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to drive the Model N Team towards achieving its goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Systems Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge on CRM systems on all Sales and Channel related modules including Master Data Management in CRM systems, and in the areas of Orders, Pricing, Samples, Quotes, Ship and Debit, Claims, Funnel Management, and Channel Management modules.Sales Process Understanding: Deep understanding of Sales processes and limitations of CRM application platforms to help support the balance of addressing business requirements within the framework of a system/tool.Order to Cash Process Integration: Able to harmonize processes and integrating the Order to Cash process for streamlined operations, as well as familiarity with Financial month-end, quarter-end price protection process.Design Leadership: Lead design sessions for integrating and enhancing the CRM instance to allow seamless communication between various systems (ERP, SFDC, EDI, Rosettanet, middleware). Relational Database knowledge and experience.Business Enhancement Leadership: Lead Business enhancement discussions with a diverse multi-geo team and empower staff to translate business requirements to functional processes and make it scalable for anticipated growth.Customer-Centric Approach: Customer-centric and highly motivated individual adept at thriving in a dynamic fast-paced business environment with multiple priorities.Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrates expertise or a willingness to lead cross-functional meetings, delving into intricate business processes to craft comprehensive business requirements.Qualifications
Communication Skills: Possesses excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction to the reporting team, aligning departmental goals with organizational objectives. Manage a team of Business Analysts and developers to help construct required solutions and keeping the system running; including but not limited to enhancements, future state, multiple and competing initiatives, system upgrades and instance management.Mentorship: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Analytical Abilities: Possesses strong critical thinking and analytical abilities for organizing and presenting complex concepts effectively.Task Prioritization and Collaboration: Ensure the effective allocation of resources within the department to maximize productivity and efficiency.Project Implementation and Enhancement: Develop proof of concepts/pilots, implement projects, deliver ongoing refinement and enhancement in the areas on Orders, Pricing, Funnel Management, and Channel Management processes.Roadmap and Evaluation: provide platform roadmap 3-year plan, technology landscape, budget management, platform evaluation/improvements and vendor managementModelN Experience: ModelN experience in semiconductor industry is a plus.
Other Qualifications
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT management with a strong focus on CRM implementation, configuration, and support.At least 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role, leading and managing Lead to Cash, Channel Management Business Analysts and Developer teams.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex CRM projects.Additional Information
