Role Summary:

IT Manager to lead the Enterprise Systems Administrations, Security and Access Controls teams, focusing on Operational Excellence in System Governance and Administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

System Governance & Administration

Support the strategy for enterprise application landscape, upgrades, high-availability and disaster recoveryComply with governance rules and standards for the support and maintenance of Enterprise ApplicationsEnsure high quality of system documentationMonitoring of systems and interface connections for early detection of issuesPerformance monitoringEnsure health and security checks are performed on a regular basisCoordinate patching activities and validationsMonitor tickets to ensure good service to users and SLA complianceOracle Database AdministrationSecurity setup; access controls; roles & responsibilities; user management; fire fighters (elevated access)Collaborate with software vendors, service providers and hosting partnersSupport enterprise wide project implementations

Audits, Compliance, Controls

Follow change management controls for implementation of changes, enhancements, new modules through system development life cycle into productionStay compliant to applicable system governance policiesPerform system security and access controls / reviews.Provide support to audits

Team Member Management

Manage the team members (HR processes, Career Progression, Training, Goal Setting)Build and lead a team of System Administrators focused on global system governance and support for all Enterprise Applications in use at FlowserveOperate effectively as a unified global team and with the EnSite regional support leads to meet the deliverables as promised to business in achieving quality-solution on timeWork closely with other IT functions and Project teams to ensure a seamless processDirect HC responsibility 10+

Requirement:

MBA or BE from any stream from reputed university.Min 5 yrs in management and 8-12 years overall experienceExperience in SAP or Oracle AdministrationComply with governance rules and standards for the support and maintenance of Enterprise ApplicationsReady for international travel about 10-20%
