About the Role

This role provides management and coordination of all IT services provided to Holland Mirrors. Works with senior leadership on building and implementing corporate IT initiatives that support the strategy and goals of the company. Implements IT standards, policies and/or master plan for the IT function. Leads the development and acquisition of new technologies and tools to improve the organization's internal operations and data delivery. Implements new technological directions and leads the organization in the deployment.  Help design, implement, troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain the IT infrastructure; including network connectivity and utilization, Windows server administration, virtualization, performance tuning, backup/restore and security compliance. Provide leadership to supporting IT team members and provide governance to IT projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately. Contributes to the safety and security of all employees as well as the safeguarding of Holland Mirrors physical and intellectual property. Support is also required after hours.

Your Responsibilities Troubleshoot problems reported by users through email, phone call, face-to-face, and the Matrix42 helpdesk system. Maintain and ensure network integrity through WAN/LAN system. Troubleshoot to help Network team isolate and solve issues. Setup and Maintain IP Addresses. Day to day management of staff (projects, workload, HR, personnel issues, etc.). Chair team meetings to review projects, open tickets, end user issues, department news, etc. Reporting status updates/team reports to senior management. As a cybersecurity leader, responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities required both internally and externally to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Lead resources across all functions to execute the Magna security strategy in order to improve cybersecurity posture and keep up with the evolving needs of the business. Participate in the creation of a security program for the division as well as in solution selection and process development as required in order to enforce consistency and adherence to global security standards and guidelines. Coordinating all IT activities around staff hires, terminations, etc. Initiates and coordinates improvements in all areas of IT responsibility. Lead the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting corporate infrastructure.  Who we are looking for Your preferred qualifications College diploma or University Graduation, and a minimum of 5 years in the related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and organizational skills. Highly self-motivated and directed. Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Able to handle confidential data discreetly. Negotiation and vendor management skills. Experience with supporting a Microsoft Active Directory environment (user accounts, file shares, permissions, group memberships, login scripts, batch script processing, etc.). Experience with supporting a distributed phone environment, preferably VoIP. Experience with supporting smartphone/tablet integration to corporate messaging services (including iPhone/iPad, Android phone/tablet). Experience with customized support of senior level executives in a large corporation. Experience with coordinating global teleconference/web conference/online collaboration meetings, using tools such as Teams, Webex, Telepresence, etc. Previous technical experience in the following areas are positives: LAN/WAN, Secure Wireless LAN, IT Security, Office365, Messaging, Linux/Windows Operations Systems, SQL, VoIP, VMWare, NetApp storage, Azure/AWS, managed disk encryption. Previous experience in presenting technical overviews/training in front of large groups is a positive.   What we offer
