Description We are seeking an IT Manager / Network Manager - Network/Infrastructure to join our team in DES MOINES, Iowa. This role is in the IT industry and is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team, maintaining and developing our infrastructure, and providing hands-on technical assistance. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee a team of technical staff, providing guidance and mentorship. • Maintain and enhance our infrastructure with current technical skills, including server support, networking, and cloud-based systems. • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the processing of customer credit applications. • Keep up-to-date customer credit records. • Handle customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts, taking necessary actions when required. • Utilize your expertise in systems administration and network engineering, including VMware, mid to large-size server management, and Cisco Meraki. • Use your experience with O365, Active Directory, and Nutanix to provide technical support. • Display strong project management skills, with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving solutions. • Show knowledge of financial and vendor procurement/purchasing. • Use your technical skills to upskill the technical team and address any technical gaps.
