IT Manager SAP Sales and Distribution Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager for our SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP SD module functionalities and have a proven track record in managing and delivering complex SAP projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to drive the SAP SD Team towards achieving its goals and objectives. **Key Responsibilities** Leadership + Provide visionary leadership and direction to the SAP SD team, aligning departmental goals with organizational objectives. + Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. + Ensure the effective allocation of resources within the department to maximize productivity and efficiency. Project Management + Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all SAP SD projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of SAP SD solutions with other business processes. + Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. Technical Expertise + Maintain a deep understanding of the SAP SD module, including configuration, customization, best practices and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM). + Stay current with SAP advancements, new features, and industry trends to ensure the department remains at the forefront of technology. + Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders as needed. + Demonstrate extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including its architecture, benefits, and implementation strategies. + Possess strong knowledge of distribution processes and their integration with SAP SD. + Have experience and proficiency with Salesforce (or ModelN), particularly in its integration with SAP systems. Stakeholder Management + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, PMO and external vendors. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. + Champion the SAP SD team within the organization, promoting its value and importance. Continuous Improvement + Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the SAP SD Team. + Implement best practices and standards for SAP SD processes, documentation, and quality assurance. + Monitor and evaluate the performance of the SAP SD team, implementing corrective actions as needed. Qualifications Education + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. + Master's degree or relevant certifications in SAP is highly desirable. Experience + Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT management with a strong focus on SAP SD module implementation, configuration, and support. + At least 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role, leading and managing SAP SD teams. + Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects. + Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects is highly desirable. + Extensive knowledge of distribution processes and related SAP integration. + Experience with Salesforce and its integration with SAP systems. Skills + In-depth knowledge of SAP SD module functionalities, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, and credit management. + Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse multi-geo team in semi-conductor industries. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. + Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. + Budget management and project management skills including but not limited Jira, ALM. + Proficiency in SAP tools and technologies, as well as a solid understanding of integration with other SAP modules. + Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including its functionalities and business benefits.
