As part of the TMHNA IT department, our team is responsible for the software systems manufacturing depends on to produce forklifts. Our support ranges from implementation of new software, to creation of custom programs, to program execution. About the position: The IT Manufacturing Analyst is the vital link between our business objectives and information technology capabilities. The successful candidate will work with business process owners, technical architects, and application designers to analyze business requirements, identify problems, propose solutions, and assist in their implementation. This position will support multiple business functions including Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Management, and Facilities. You will: * Engage with business stakeholders to understand key business objectives and goals, analyze process and systems opportunities, and manage solution delivery through the development lifecycle. * Provide systems support for all aspects of producing a forklift, especially centric to JD Edwards or SAP. * Research, identify, and evaluate potential software solutions and current system architecture, ensuring that business requirements are met, and corporate governance processes are followed. * Develop/update functional specifications including data mapping, process flow diagrams, integration timing and logic. * Design, support, and perform integration testing, functional unit testing, and user acceptance testing. * Produce end-user documentation and lead training delivery for key users. * Travel, as needed, in support of projects (anticipated to be quarterly). About the work schedule: This position may be considered for a hybrid work schedule upon successful completion of training. This position will require working onsite weekly. About you: * Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field is preferred * Eight or more years of related work experience is required It would be great if you had: * Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) * Ability to work independently and to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously * Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and dependability * Technical skill such as configuration and use of ERP systems like JD Edwards or SAP * Manufacturing industry experience * Exceptional analytical skills About the total compensation package: Salary - $91,824 - $117,540 depending on selected candidates education and experience Relocation - This position may qualify for relocation.
