The AbbVie International Commercial Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team shapes the digital transformation necessary for our treatments to positively impact patients’ lives. In the role of IT Marketing Automation Operations Consultant, you’ll tackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences while helping to improve the business/end user experience with a forward-looking mindset and spirit of continuous improvement. In this role you’ll be responsible for: + Manage operations of state-of-the-art integrated digital platforms involving multiple technologies, stakeholders and suppliers while interfacing with key commercial and IT leaders to enhance and advance global-scale solutions. + Develop a profound understanding of digital technologies and advanced customer engagement models in a leading biopharmaceutical company. + Be responsible for day-to-day technology and data management of the commercial Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and associated ecosystem in Europe region. + Support European affiliate and brand teams in scaling and optimizing their customer journeys. + Designing and building metrics of the current state of the customer engagement ecosystem based on the data it generates, recorded as logs, metrics, and traces. + Measuring the success and effectiveness of digital customer engagement platforms. + Proactively working with platform support and engineering teams in response to critical incidents and problems in the digital eco-system to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of digital campaigns. + Partnering closely with stakeholders like Product Owners, Brand Managers, Customer Excellence, and Data Engineering teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities to improve outcomes. + Contributing to the development of digital eco system operations best practices. + Managing the relationship with software and platform vendors to ensure superior service delivery for our customers. Qualifications Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role: Required + Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering. + Minimum of 6+ years of combined experience in Information Technology. + Proven experience with complex technology operations and terminology. + Prior experience with systematically and logically interpreting data, including analyzing trends, solving complex problems, and presenting recommendations to management. + Prior experience managing changes and change control processes and methodologies. + Proven experience managing and executing complex IT processes and demonstrated ability to identify exceptions to the process, or potential process improvements. + Experience with identifying and executing continuous improvement opportunities and cost reduction initiatives. + Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
