We are seeking an experienced IT SME to manage the IT team responsible for real-time transactional regulatory reporting for CAT, LOPR, and SLATE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and architecting workflows and systems in the real-time equity transactional regulatory reporting area, as well as experience managing large projects and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage the team responsible for real-time transactional regulatory reporting for CAT, LOPR, and SLATE.
+ Design and architect workflows and systems to ensure efficient and accurate real-time regulatory reporting.
+ Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of transactional regulaatory reporting systems.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and transactional regulatory requirements.
+ Manage large projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
+ Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in designing and architecting workflows and systems for real-time regulatory reporting.
+ Experience with financial services or regulatory reporting in a similar industry.
+ Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing large projects.
+ Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
+ In-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements for CAT, LOPR, and SLATE.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Master's degree in a related field is considered a plus.
The expected base salary ranges from $190k-$225k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
