This position is for Network Expert to be a part of Connectivity Service team to provide Operations support in 24*7 rotational shift.

Roles and Responsibilities

Install, configure, test, maintain, upgrade, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot networking hardware, software, networked peripheral devices.Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports Leveraging toolkits like Solarwinds, Dynatrace and NexthingReceive, respond, and resolve incoming incidents and requests under agreed SLAs.Perform remote analyze, diagnosis, and resolution of complex network problems for a variety of end usersRecommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairsPractice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventoryPrepare, maintain, and adhere to procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring network dataLiaise with, and provide training and support to, help desk support staff on network issues.Perform network equipment updates and respond to security auditsPerform system backups and recoveryOperational experience with or immediate on the job training in Zscaler, DNAC and Palo Alto Networks security equipment will need to be achieved.

Qualifications Required:

BE, MSc, MCA, Computer Science or related discipline.
 

Experience (Years): Minimum 4 years related experience
 
Technologies required:

Experience working on DNAC and ISE (Cisco). Expertise on security (Palo Alto), wireless technologies (Aruba), VPN (Zscaler) will be definitely be a plus Extensive technical knowledge of Cisco network operating systems and technologies, protocols and standards, networking hardware and software solutions including but not limited to Ability to operate network component analyzers, scanners, and testers. Hands-on network troubleshooting experience. Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practice Fluency in English, both written and spoken Must be highly-motivated and have a positive attitude Excellent listening and customer service skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Must be a team player  Must be mature and tactful Understanding of SLA terms Proven track record working in a global and multicultural environment
