Currently, we are looking for an IT Network Engineer (m/f/d) at Buker Physik GmbH.

 

As IT Network Engineer at Bruker, you will be part of an internationally operating in-house IT service provider and, together with your team, deliver IT service and support to global internal end users.

Responsibilities

Administration of the campus and data center LAN/Wifi

Stable operation of the network environment Stable operation of the network environment

Maintenance and further development of the network infrastructure

Coordination of service providers and lifecycle projects Consulting colleagues and departments

2nd and 3rd level support

Documentation and maintenance of master data and network diagrams  Qualifications Completed studies in the field of computer science/business informatics or IT trainingFluent German (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level)Ability to work in a hybrid model at our entity in BremenAt least 3–5 years of professional experienceExperience in operating network infrastructures Setup and administration of switch environments and controller driven Wi-Fi, preferably Cisco and Meraki (Advanced)Experience in operating a NAC solution, preferable Cisco ISE (Advanced)Knowledge of network security (Basic)Basic project management experience (Basic)Business economics knowledge (Basic)Able to provide and receive constructive feedbackAble to work autonomouslyAnalytical skillsGood communication skillsIndependent, analytical and structured way of workingTeam playerWillingness to travel to other locations (domestic and international < 25%)
