**About the role**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **IT North America Supply Chain Analyst** to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to kick-start their career in the tech industry. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of our technology operations, providing support to our IT department, analysing business needs and gaining valuable hands-on experience.
**Key responsibilities**
+ Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues (where applicable)
+ Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and support requests in the ticketing system.
+ Develop (as needed) and maintain end-user documentation and associated business processes to ensure it is tailored for the NA SC users.
+ User Training: Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials and sessions to help end-users effectively utilize technology resources.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with senior IT staff to support ongoing projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the technology department.
+ Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements and provide input on potential improvements and innovations for the organization.
+ Security: Assist in implementing and enforcing security protocols, including data protection measures, access control, and regular system audits.
+ Data Collection and Processing: Gather data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, etc.) clean and validate it to ensure accuracy and prepare it for analysis.
+ Data Analysis: Employ statistical and analytical methods to scrutinize data sets. Identify significant trends, patterns, and relationships that can inform business strategies
+ Reporting and Visualization: Create clear and concise reports and visualizations that summarize findings and communicate insights to stakeholders
+ Collaboration: Engage closely with various departments to understand their specific data needs and deliver relevant and impactful analyses that support departmental and organizational goals
**To help us achieve this you will:**
+ Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria:
+ Capture requirements, operational information and business process information with stakeholders
+ Analysing existing process documentation to highlight gaps and issues that may require rework
+ As-is and To-be Process mapping to various levels of detail using standard tools
+ Work closely with IT technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring that proposed solutions meet both business and technical needs:
+ Perform Impact of change analysis on business requirements to provide detailed change requirements to facilitate implementation
+ Identify and assess opportunities to remove customisations as part of our aim to standardise and globalise process and design wherever practicable
+ Work with key stakeholders to identify risks and innovations and deliver positive changes that drive improvements.
+ Maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and project progress. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
+ Support change management initiatives by providing clear documentation, user training, and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption of new processes and systems

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study.

+ **Willingness to Learn** : A proactive approach to learning new technologies and continuously improving technical skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Technical Certifications: Veeva Vault Platform Certification
+ 2 years relevant Veeva deployment & support experience (Quality Vault, Station Manager)
+ Great knowledge on Microsoft Platforms such as: Power BI, Forms, PowerApps and others.
+ Good understanding of Supply Chain/Manufacturing activities.
+ Basics Cyber Security Knowledge
+ Basics Risk Management skill.
**Location:** This role is hybrid based in Warren, NJ with in office requirements 2-3 times per week.

We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering. **The salary range for this role is: $65,594 - $81,993 plus an 8% bonus.**
