About this role Our IT Officer helps to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of day-to-day IT issues & requests globally. This role reports to the Global IT Operation Manager. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills to succeed in the role. About IT Services As a technology company, we always look for new ways to make our internal workflows more efficient. The IT Services team designs, develops and implements new systems to make work even more secure and reliable for all Klookers across the world. What You Will Do Provide physical and remote Level 1 and 2 service desk support for company-wide IT devices by understanding and responding to issues according to SLAs Ability to translate the solution into a precise guide for team reference Maintain and update the IT inventory duly and accurately Interact with the company stakeholders to propose and improve the business flow Be the subject matter expert to the regional IT system and business function to handle all queries from the stakeholders To manage and coordinate with the approved vendors and stakeholders to solve issues Coordinate with local and global teams to manage and effectively deploy IT projects Take ownership and responsibility for managing regional project assignments and tasks Compile and update Knowledge Base (for both internal IT Support and User reference) and provide training and knowledge sharing with end-users where required What You Will Need Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines At least 2 years of solid IT working experience Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team player Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Chinese would be an added advantage for liaison with regional stakeholders)Klook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
