Deliver an Exceptional End User Experience
Providing Business and End users operational system support on a day-to-day basis. Taking a proactive approach and maintaining clear communication between business and IT partners.Lead with a growth mindset, focusing on what’s possible to streamline and simplify processes while delivering an exceptional End User experience.Collaborate with various stakeholder partners to make the most of every interaction, documenting key points in the system, meeting immediate needs in a timely fashion, and taking action to solve and prevent problems.Facilitating Mid-month, Month end & Year end reporting across varying applications (ASSET/AMBIT)Providing support to our internal users with User Access management (Providing authorization & Terminating user access as per organizational needs)Drive Sustainable Growth Through Management of Challenged Contracts: Win as One RBC
Act as a “Centre of Expertise” in the investigation and completion of activities to manage any issues being reported by End users, Triage, Create Tickets & Escalate the issue to Senior Management to prioritize.Capture issues, bugs and enhancement requests. Provide initial troubleshooting for internal applications.Execution Excellence
Review activities and outcomes during weekly team meetings.Build documents across RBC/RCAP Leasing by sharing best practices for team’s success.Monitor performance and ensure that day-day operations run efficiently.Doing What’s Right: Manage Risk & Operational Effectiveness
You take ownership of your activities and tasks and necessary skill development. Share accountability to look at and answer all the RCAP and RBC requests (Daily)What will you do?

This person can document procedures and process flows independently, perform user testing for process enhancements and is seen as a go-to-person for day questions from other areas.The overarching goal of this role is to provide application and business support to the RBC and RCAP leasing platforms.Application Support to external third-party partners and internal partnersA liaison between the Front Office and Back Office. The role reports into Director of Operations for RCAP LeasingDay-to-day focus is on resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against application usage.Full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural \"experts\" representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.Responsible for following established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems.Individuals at this level are expected to use some independence of thought but to refer more complex problems to IT Partner’s experts.Individuals would be expected to contribute to workflow or process change and redesign, and to form a strong basic understanding of the specific application knowledge in Ambit, Edge and ASSET.May also be accountable for regular reporting or process administration as \"owner\".What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
Providing support for local applications and databases; diagnosing and repairing computers and network hardware.Installing, maintaining, administering, and updating network systems; Setting up security parameters to ensure that all systems are operating properly.Providing training to users on new applications, technologies, and equipment.Providing technical support for workstations and office applications.Experience of troubleshooting production issues, determining root causes and engaging proactively in finding long-term solutions.Nice to have:
