Technical Support:

\n\n Must have good knowledge in spoken and written English\n Demonstrating in-depth working knowledge with a broad range of Applications as Support personnel and with technical service experience\n Good PC literacy\n Strong demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills\n Involves working in 24/7 rotational shift (should be willing to work in night shift)\n Basic knowledge of IIS\n Basic Knowledge of SQL\n\n

\n\n Trouble shoot and provide support to customer on Applications developed on Microsoft Technologies\n May perform one or more of the following: Analyzes business processes and performs needs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.\n Trouble shoot IIS , web hosting & other production application and services related issue \n Have Database knowledge with writing Database queries required to complete the Job.\n Experience from BPS/Production control industry group would be additional\n Provide SQL Server database expertise\n Participate in performance monitoring and optimization\n Communicate effectively with internal software team members and customers through strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills\n Remain flexible to changes in priorities with the ability to multi-task\n Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.\n Configures system settings and options, plans and executes acceptance testing, and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.\n  \n  \n\n
