\nJob Track Description:
\n\n Experience troubleshooting and installing cloud-based Next-Gen antivirus and security software like Carbon Black and Comodo.\n Basic understanding of public SSL certificates.\n Perform IT Support services to users.\n Strong verbal and written communication skills.\n Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server as well as Active Directory.\n Understanding of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V\n Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root causes, and provide technical support when needed.\n\nGeneral Profile
\n\n Experience with enterprise-wide antivirus or related field.\n Minimum one year of IT Experience in a Windows server environment.\n Windows Server vulnerabilities remediation experience.\n Good analytical skills.\n Effective communication skills enabling the ability to communicate complex information to various audiences both verbally and in writing (English)\n Knowledge of industry cloud technologies.\n Experience with information security principles/practices.\n Experience with privacy principles/practices\n Passionate about security, privacy, and compliance\n Self-motivated, quick learner, fast researcher\n Have experience with and are comfortable with a remote working environment.\n\n\n
