About the Role 

\n \n \n

The IT Operations Analyst will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. 

\n \n \n

Responsibilities 

\n \n \n

Performing Incident Management with regards to Windows, Linux, Networking and Server issues 

\n \n \n

Performing Network, Server, and Application support 

\n \n \n

Resolving trouble tickets 

\n \n \n

Responding to a reported service incident, identifying the cause, and initiating the incident management process. 

\n \n \n

Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business. 

\n \n \n

Collaborating with the incident management team to ensure that all protocols are diligently followed. 

\n \n \n

Adjusting the incident management process as required to ensure its effectiveness. 

\n \n \n

Requirements 

\n \n \n

5+ years of experience in an Incident Management role. 

\n \n \n

Possess excellent communication skills, interacting with all levels of management communicating issues with people, process, and technology. 

\n \n \n

Display interpersonal and teamwork skills. 

\n \n \n

Possess the ability to work rotating shifts to support 24/7/365 organization 

\n \n\n\n \n

Understand how to support the Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management processes while working escalated incidents 

\n \n \n

Have an Associates or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 

\n \n \n
