IT Operations Analyst

\n \n \nAbout the Role
\n \n \nThe IT Operations Analyst will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
\n \n \nResponsibilities
\n \n \nPerforming Incident Management with regards to Windows, Linux, Networking and Server issues
\n \n \nPerforming Network, Server, and Application support
\n \n \nResolving trouble tickets
\n \n \nResponding to a reported service incident, identifying the cause, and initiating the incident management process.
\n \n \nPrioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business.
\n \n \nCollaborating with the incident management team to ensure that all protocols are diligently followed.
\n \n \nAdjusting the incident management process as required to ensure its effectiveness.
\n \n \nRequirements
\n \n \n5+ years of experience in an Incident Management role.
\n \n \nPossess excellent communication skills, interacting with all levels of management communicating issues with people, process, and technology.
\n \n \nDisplay interpersonal and teamwork skills.
\n \n \nPossess the ability to work rotating shifts to support 24/7/365 organization
\n \n\n\n \nUnderstand how to support the Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management processes while working escalated incidents
\n \n \nHave an Associates or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
