职位概述：

· 负责公司所有IT系统的信息安全方案的设计和跟进，从根本上规避系统的安全风险和审计风险。

主要职责：

1. 职责一：制定权限管理，数据管理等核心安全管理的路线图，包括标准、流程和工具的优化

2. 职责二：设定标准执行的考核方法和工具，赋能团队以确保权限等管理工作的落地执行。

3. 职责三：对接审计、安全，承接运维流程管理的工作

任职要求：

· 教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息安全等相关专业优先。

· 工作经验：7年以上IT管理工作经验，有安全管理经验。具备大型IT项目PM能力，负责IT战略规划者优先。

· 技能要求：

o 可以无障碍进行英语沟通，对接全球的IT与业务管理人员

o 具备公司信息安全路线图的规划和设计能力

o 具备管理工具的设计能力

o 具备良好的数据分析能力，能设计管理指标并跟进监督

o 良好的沟通能力，能完成组织所有安全事宜的培训工作

· 个人素质：

o 具备出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神；具有创新思维和较强的执行力。
