IT Operations and Patch Management - Lead

• Evaluate existing IT/ Patch Management processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.

• Create strategies to reduce cycle time, improve product quality, and increase efficiencies for process improvements.

• Collaborate with other teams to create and implement standard operating procedures (SOP's) for Patching and reporting.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics: Track metrics like cycle time, yield, and scrap rate to develop strategies for improvement.

• Ensure that processes comply with IT Operations and Regulatory standards.

• Troubleshoot: Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve process issues.

• Develop, execute, and document protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Guide junior engineers and other staff on process improvements.

• Lead a team and communicate the status of projects and deliverables.
