Job Track Description:

\n\n Performs tasks based on established procedures.\n Uses data organizing and coordination skills to perform business support or technical work.\n Requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience.\n\n

General Profile

\n\n Provide technical support and resolve issues related to systems and servers.\n Use SQL to analyze, understand, and modify queries as needed.\n Administer remote desktops to provide support to end users.\n Collaborate with the team to ensure the proper functioning of systems and technological infrastructure.\n Participate in the administration and maintenance of servers.\n Currently in the second or third year of Systems Engineering or Computer Science.\n Experience using remote desktops.\n Knowledge of server administration.\n Ability to work in a technical and dynamic environment.\n\n

Interpersonal Skills

\n\n Exchanges information and ideas effectively.\n\n

Responsibility Statements

\n\n Monitors applications and processes and assists with remediation steps.\n Follows documented process for daily activities\n Assists with researching anomalies in production processes.\n Performs actions based on business/operational needs and prepares system reports.\n Assists with incident management and support requests.\n Works with support teams to define root cause and replicate issues.\n Verifies environment stability.\n Performs daily tasks competently.\n Performs other duties as assigned.\n Complies with all policies and standards.\n
