                                                                       IT Operations Consultant

Responsibilities:

\n\n Provide systems monitoring for the electronic document management system.\n Provide consulting and integration and daily support for the applications related to the electronic document management system.\n Monitor data loads and processing of data into the electronic document management system.\n Manage the processing of the Provider Credentialing data to produce reports for Provider Enrollment.\n Provide consulting and integration support for the applications related to the electronic document management system.\n Provide consultation to analyze and design existing or new forms and reports.\n Provide consultation for improving current processes that have been automated, as well as new business processes.\n Monitor release updates from the electronic document management system software vendor.  Notify management when an update should be implemented outside of the planned quarterly updates.\n Work with management to test quarterly releases of the electronic document management software and deploy the release to production after management signoff on User Acceptance Testing.\n Maintain the test and electronic development environment for any changes that may need to be implemented to the production environment.\n Aid with the performance of routine maintenance and updates to the hardware and software used for the electronic document management system. \n Modify and add reports to reflect changing business needs.\n Work directly with the electronic document management system vendor on issues related to their product.\n Respond to time sensitive audit requests.\n Respond to time sensitive Ad hoc reporting requests.\n\n

Skills Required 

\n\n Four-year college degree \n 5+ years of related experience in electronic document management systems and business process modeling\n 5+ years’ experience with DocFinity \n Project Management experience \n Experience working with Medicaid or other health plan data \n Knowledge of HIPAA regulations  \n\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $92,400 - $120,000.
