Supports the delivery and operationalization of initiatives that improve efficiency and customer experience. Supports the implementation of internal process improvement projects from planning to sustaining results. Manages internal project coordination responsibilities of survey responses, internal audit responses and change management initiatives. Any Lean Six Sigma process improvement experience in this role is a plus. .
