Whether through research and development, technology innovation or solution engineering, our people play vital roles in connecting consumers with the products and platforms of tomorrow. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** This position will provide top tier engineering and troubleshooting for the DISH corporate Zscaler, Palo Alto Firewall, and Cloud Network Infrastructure platforms and services. Must be a detail oriented and highly organized individual. Best practice network engineering and strategic vision in the design, planning and implementation of firewall/proxy hardware products and cloud-based services. **Key Responsibilities:** + Support, troubleshoot, and administer Zscaler Internet/Private Access, AWS Cloud Network Infrastructure, F5 BIG-IP/Distributed Cloud, and Palo Alto firewalls; provide outage leadership and end-user engagement. + Set up, tune, and respond to platform monitoring and alerting systems; maintain thorough technical documentation. + Design solutions aligned with business requirements across AWS (VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway), Zscaler, Palo Alto, and F5 platforms. + Lead hands-on implementation and maintenance of enterprise network solutions; ensure daily operational reliability and service availability. + Provide advanced technical leadership for complex projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and design solutions. + Build and validate solutions in a lab environment using defined test and validation plans to ensure production readiness. **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical degree; six to eight years as a data network specialist in a medium to large enterprise network; or equivalent combination of education and experience. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Extensive knowledge of Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private Access, F5 BIG-IP and F5 XC, Palo Alto firewalls w/ ATP, AWS Networking + Advanced knowledge of network monitoring and performance tools such as Dynatrace, Logz.io and XSIAM + Strategic thinker, strong interest and aptitude in collaborative big picture, enterprise-wide network infrastructure roadmaps + A commitment to improving processes and to customer satisfaction + Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills + Goal oriented team player who will meet team commitments and work within a cross-functional, multinational team **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $175,300.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
