Job Duties:

Responsibility for the administration and association of the everyday operations of IT Services guaranteeing a consistent administration is given to the association which meets the association's vital objectives.Management of IT support staff including performance management, motivation, and training and organize the IT Services departments day to day duties.Conduct growth analysis, capacity planning, availability, and service continuity management.Develop and manage, with the support of the CEO and Senior IT Services Management, the operating budgets and proposals.To monitor the performance of services with a view to pursuing particular or recurring problems and providing proficient reports to management, senior staff and/or suppliers.Communicate to stakeholders across the organization, both internally and externally.Participate actively in the annual planning process, including developing and executing individual work-plans, assessing and providing feedback on plans consistently.Effectively use Internal Applicant Tracking System.Work with HR and Immigration Teams respectively on a day-to-day basis.Provide direction and support to all levels of management on compliance and employee relations issuesPartner with HR colleagues to ensure consistency in policy/process/program frameworks and implementation in functional areas.Conducts self-audits/ mock audits and executes plans to continuously improve HR practices and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.Liaises with external counsel, potential assignees and new hire candidates to determine appropriate work visas, prepares US immigration petitions for temporary work visas, visa extensions and permanent residence applications, and ensures employee immigration records are maintained and retained to support I.T Clients, with authorization from the CEO, may also sign petitions without any liability.As the point of coordination for immigration matters, briefs constituents on policy, program and processes, including overview of required documentation.Manages the company immigration policy and processes and continually reviews immigration procedures and legal status of foreign national employees.Provides guidance and counsel to managers and employees regarding immigration issues including the interpretation of immigration policy, process and procedures.

Education: A Masters Degree in MIS, IT or Computer Science with at least 2-5 years of experience as a developer or software support or software trainer with exceptionalcommunication skills with spoke skills of Indian languages such as Hindi, Telugu as the job requires communication with Clients and Employees who speak these languages.
