Job Description Insight Global is seeking a resource local to the Tampa area to support a large migration project. They serve as a technician supporting multiple different server projects and upgrade projects for Cisco Routers and Switches. Their support in the new operations center will include racking and stacking, configurations, and helping to get the infrastructure up and running. The other part of their role will be supporting day-to-day operations where needed which includes responding to network infrastructure-based tickets and troubleshooting network related issues.
