Position Description:

The IT Ops professional plays a key role in ensuring production readiness and operational stability within Agile and DevOps projects. Acting as a bridge between development, infrastructure, and operations teams, this role ensures that production requirements are embedded throughout the product lifecycle, from initial scoping to deployment and continuous improvement. The IT Ops contributes to technical decisions, project assessments, and operational best practices.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities
• Integrate production and infrastructure requirements during the scoping phase and within product backlogs
• Facilitate team upskilling on application production best practices
• Ensure availability of production and infrastructure resources for deployments
• Collaborate with application support teams to implement monitoring and service supervision
• Support operational stability and service continuity
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., automation, performance optimization)

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Technical Skills
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and environments
• Experience with production operations and service continuity
• Awareness of IT risk and cybersecurity practices
• Coordination and delegation skills
• Critical and logical thinking, synthesis, and structured communication
• Commitment to quality and ability to guide others
